We look forward to meeting you!<\/p>\n<h2>Our Team<\/h2>\n<p>At the heart of J.T.Com is a dedicated team of qualified language educators. Our teachers hold academic degrees in linguistics, German studies, or English philology \u2014 and many are themselves multilingual, giving them a deep understanding of what it takes to learn a new language.<\/p>\n<p>Our <strong>School Director, Julia Tsybulevska<\/strong>, is a linguist and lecturer at <strong>TU Clausthal<\/strong> (Technische Universit\u00e4t Clausthal). She founded the school in 2013 and has led it ever since with scientific expertise and years of hands-on teaching experience. Her educational philosophy: language learning should be enjoyable, effective, and directly useful in everyday life.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dmytro Nechepurenko<\/strong>, Managing Director of <strong>Business Mission GmbH<\/strong>, oversees the organisational and strategic development of the school, ensuring that J.T.Com continues to grow and serve the community.<\/p>\n<h2>Our Teaching Approach<\/h2>\n<p>We firmly reject rote memorisation and dry grammar drills.
